Apr 12, 2012 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) --
Ten Network CEO James Warburton predicts improved ratings from new shows will turn the fortunes of the TV network around. Ten suffered a sharp 70.1% drop in 2011-12 first-half net profit to $A14.8m. Ten's revenue for the half-year to February 2012 fell 10.6% to $A432.8m and operating profit plunged 39.7% to $A63.9m. Warburton says it will take time for the full benefits of a cost cutting program to be realised.
