News In Mobile Refunds - Verizon will be issuing the largest refund ever by a provider for a billing error and the FCC is attempting legislation to put an end to mobile "bill shock." The new legislation would require carriers to notify users when they are approaching usage thresholds. Changes In Mobile Data Plans - Verizon is following AT&T's lead in migrating from unlimited data plans.
