Tele2 AB issues Swedish krona Bond


(Thomson Reuters ONE via COMTEX) -- Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) announces that they successfully placed a 2.25 year bond in the Swedish bond market.

Tele2 AB, has successfully completed the issuance of a 2.25 year SEK 750 million bond in the Swedish bond market. The issue has a floating rate coupon of 3m STIBOR +1.10%. The bond has been issued under the companys EMTN program and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange SEB acted Lead Manager for the transaction.
