Talend Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering


Talend S.A., a global leader in big data and cloud integration, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC (News - Alert)") relating to a proposed initial public offering of American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing one of its ordinary shares. The number of ADSs to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Talend intends to list its ADSs on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "TLND."

Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering, and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. will act as co-manager.
