Take a Bite Out of "TWILIGHT"; Original Motion Picture Soundtrack in Stores and Online Tomorrow, November 4th; Paramore's Lead Single/Video, "Decode," Premieres on MTV Today; "TWILIGHT" Hits Theatres November 21st

NEW YORK, NY, Nov 03, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --
Chop Shop Records and Atlantic Records have announced the release of
"TWILIGHT -- ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK," the musical
companion to the upcoming Summit Entertainment film. Due in stores
and online tomorrow, Tuesday, November 4th, the entire album features
songs that will appear in the movie, highlighted by Paramore's brand
new single, "Decode." "TWILIGHT" is slated to open in theatres
nationwide on November 21st.
Beginning today, MTV will premiere the video companion for Paramore's
"Decode." Directed by Shane Drake, the video will air all day on MTV,
MTV2, mtvU, MTV.com, and MTV2.com. On Tuesday, November 4th, MTV's
"TRL" will officially premiere the video. "Decode" is also flying up
the radio charts, currently #24 on the Alternative chart and already
ranking at #15 in audience with 2.9 million.
In addition to a second new song from Paramore called "I Caught
Myself," the soundtrack features tracks from Muse, Linkin Park,
Collective Soul, and new songs from Perry Farrell and MUTEMATH. As
if that weren't enough, "TWILIGHT" star Rob Pattinson (who plays
Edward Cullen) has contributed an original song, "Never Think" -- his
first-ever released recording. The film's score was composed by
Carter Burwell, and the soundtrack also includes his "Bella's
Lullaby," a heartfelt song that Edward composes for Bella Swan
(played by Kristin Stewart) in the film.
"TWILIGHT" fans will be delighted with some of the many bonuses the
soundtrack has to offer. The physical version of the soundtrack will
feature a CD booklet that folds out into a Twilight poster, which
will randomly reveal one of four images -- Edward, Bella, James, or
Edward and Bella together. Even more, "TWILIGHT" fans who purchase
advance tickets from either www.movietickets.com or www.fandango.com
will receive a complimentary download of "Bella's Lullaby (Remix),"
redeemable in the iTunes store.
On November 18th, Paramore will perform and sign autographs at the
Hot Topic Lost Show, held at the Hollywood & Highland Hot Topic store
in Los Angeles. Beginning Tuesday, November 4th, fans that purchase
the exclusive Paramore t-shirt from Hot Topic will receive a
wristband that secures preferred access to the performance as well as
a guaranteed opportunity to meet the band following the concert.
