Transferring, parking and retrieving calls are similarly voice-activated.

In addition to Outlook, the Response Point software is compatible with Microsoft Windows(R) Address Book (Windows XP), Windows Contacts (Windows Vista) and Microsoft Office Outlook with Business Contact Manager.
