In addition to Reporting, SA-Announce now offers an event analytics engine. Analytics is an optional feature which provides personnel with a holistic view of all notification activity, including both on and off-premise services. The data is accessible via the SA-Announce user interface and displays detailed information including; group name, activation date and time, the notification initiator, and associated endpoint data. Both tools allow authorized personnel to export reports to Excel and PDF files for further analysis and record-keeping purposes.
