Sympac Launches M2M Service, powered by Jasper

(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge)
Sympac, a service provider for European mobile communications, has
launched an international M2M (machine-to-machine) service for
multinationals, powered by Jasper Wireless.

The company said the service enables multinationals to use a single
global SIM to connect and manage their M2M equipment through the Sympac
M2M Control Center. This Control Center offers multinationals
transparency and management options on the basis of real-time
monitoring. Sympac also provides clients the simplicity of one contact,
one contract and one bill, which makes management simpler, results in
more spending insight and allows multinationals to reduce costs.

The Sympac M2M service offers coverage in 55 countries throughout
Europe and the Americas. Next to multinationals, also large national
companies can benefit from Sympac's service. The cost of the SIM
communication does not change, regardless of the country in which it is
located. Furthermore, Sympac's M2M includes an auto-provisioning
process with free instant connectivity that makes it possible to
perform factory tests and automatic activation. This eliminates the
usual costs for the testing and activation of equipment, further
reducing total costs.

Kim Bybjerg, Marketing & Sales director of Sympac, said,
"Multinationals make increasing use of M2M. With the services of our
Control Center, we meet the demand of multinationals for transparency,
simplicity and control. The simplicity of the Jasper Wireless service
platform integrates flawlessly into our existing products suite. They
make it possible to use a single global SIM, and their M2M expertise
enables them to provide coverage in every country within Sympac's
growing European network."
