In his ew role, Jans will maintain his current responsibilities including sales operations, while also managing The Standard's employee benefits field service team. "Jans has been a key contributor to the sales team and has a great track record of helping us serve our internal and external customers," said Rick Johnstone, vice president of Employee Benefits Sales at The Standard. "We are fortunate to have Jans in this role, and I am looking forward to our continued partnership." Dykhouse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Oregon.
