SS&C's Zoologic ''MBA Essentials Curriculum'' Selected by Rutgers Business School

WINDSOR, Conn. --(Business Wire)-- SS&C Technologies, Inc. (www.ssctech.com), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced that Rutgers Business School has partnered with SS&C's Zoologic Learning Solutions to offer its MBA Essentials program to all full-time MBA students. Rutgers Business School has implemented its new full-time MBA curriculum and now offers the MBA Essentials program to all students enrolled in the Rutgers Business School program.

"We are very excited to offer Zoologic's MBA Essentials program," said Glenn Berman, Assistant Dean for Admissions of Rutgers Business School. "The knowledge gained by the Zoologic courses will provide our students greater flexibility and enable them to take a deeper approach into our core curriculum."

Zoologic's MBA Essentials courses baseline all incoming students, allowing students to enter Rutgers' MBA program with the same knowledge base. The pre-matriculation course topics include business math, statistics, accounting, corporate finance, and microeconomics. In addition to web-based courseware, SS&C's Zoologic Learning Solutions include instructor-led training, blended learning, custom course development, and a knowledge-on-demand reference tool.

Rutgers Business School is able to offer a more rigorous MBA curriculum knowing that students are entering with a higher knowledge base. In addition, the MBA Essentials program enables faculty to better assess incoming students and determine the courses they can waive.

"The ability to provide students a better opportunity for success is the primary benefit of our Zoologic MBA Essentials program," said Bill Stone, Chairman and CEO, SS&C Technologies, Inc. "We are very proud to partner with Rutgers Business School and be part of their new full-time MBA curriculum."

Rutgers Business School's MBA graduates will benefit from rigorous training that provides them with critical-thinking skills, specialized knowledge, and the creative ability to shape that knowledge to fit particular managerial challenges they face in their careers.
