Solusia and VQS Ink JV Deal

Solusia, a provider of professional wireless deployment services, and
VQS, a supplier of online program management systems, announced a joint
venture to offer the wireless industry a platform for program
management for infrastructure deployments.

According to the companies, by fusing Solusia s wireless turnkey site
deployment and backhaul expertise with VQS s program management
technology, the joint venture creates a solution for streamlining the
wireless deployment process and automating communications among project
managers. The companies stated that their goal is to solve the
pervasive business and operational pains among wireless service
operators of inefficiencies and cost overruns during site rollout
projects.

With new spectrum and the expansion of 3G and 4G networks, wireless
deployment is still an important piece of the network puzzle for
wireless service operators, said Paul Haddad, CEO of Solusia. This
strategic coalition combines valuable resources and domain expertise;
the resulting synergies will position us to better serve the growing
needs of our wireless customers in all markets. We are excited to be
partnering with an outstanding company such as VQS.
