At the event, SolarWinds Head Geek and award-winning Spiceworks IT community contributor Lawrence Garvin will share his Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) expertise as part of the IT Infrastructure track.

Specifically, his discussion will highlight: Tips and tricks for successfully installing WSUS Installation differences between the three versions of WSUS Migration techniques for converting a WSUS v3 server to WSUS v6 Garvin is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional and a nine-time consecutive recipient of the Microsoft MVP award in recognition for his contributions to the Microsoft TechNet WSUS forum. He has been working with Microsoft WSUS and Software Update Services (SUS) since the release of SUS SP1 in 2003, and update management, generally, since the availability of Windows Update in 1997. Currently rated as a Cayenne-level contributor, Lawrence has become a relied-upon resource within the Spiceworks community specifically within the WSUS group.
