is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a sales agreement
with Strategic Marketing Partners, Inc. (SMP). SMP will implement direct
marketing and sales campaigns for all Signature Devices video game titles.
Under the sales agreement, Signature Devices has granted SMP exclusivity in
selling the companies video game titles throughout their network of retail
channels.
SMP is the largest, independent PC and video games sales force in North
America. SMP prides itself in only representing the highest quality
software and video game publishers. Their client base is made up of select
companies, including LucasArts Entertainment Co., Sony Online Entertainment
Inc. and Disney Interactive Studios, Inc.
