SevOne Opens Technology and Innovation Center on University of Delaware STAR CampusSevOne, the leading global provider of digital infrastructure management solutions, today announced the opening of its Technology and Innovation Center on the University of Delaware's Science, Technology & Advanced Research (STAR) Campus in Newark, Delaware. The two-floor, 50,000-square foot center will serve as the company's innovation headquarters to accelerate the development of advanced infrastructure management solutions and technologies for today's mobile economy. The opening of SevOne's Technology and Innovation Center marks a high point in the company's long-standing relationship with the state and the University of Delaware. Since it was founded by University alumni Vess and Tanya Bakalov and Jim Young in 2005, SevOne has grown to employ over 500 people worldwide with a corporate headquarters in Boston and additional offices in Philadelphia, London and Bulgaria. More than 230 of SevOne's employees are based in Delaware, and the company plans to add 100 new positions at the STAR (News - Alert) campus facility over the next two years. SevOne continues to recruit the most innovative talent in the world locally, drawing up to 70 percent of its interns from the University.
