Senior Housing Properties Trust Sets Date to Release 4th Qtr. 2011 Financial Results

Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) announced that it will host a conference call in conjunction with the announcement of its fourth quarter 2011 financial results.
In a release on Feb. 9, SNH said it plans to issue a press release containing its fourth quarter 2011 financial results before the NYSE opens on Thursday, Feb. 16. Later that afternoon, at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, David Hegarty, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Richard Doyle, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter 2011 results. Following the company's remarks, there will be a short question and answer period.
The conference call telephone number is (800) 700-7860. Participants calling from outside the United States and Canada should dial (612) 332-0820. No pass code is necessary to access the call from either number. Participants should dial in about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call. A replay of the conference call will be available through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, February 23. To hear the replay, dial (320) 365-3844. The replay pass code is 227513.
A live audio webcast of the conference call will also be available in a listen-only mode on the company's web site, which is located at www.snhreit.com.
