Seasoned sports journalist, Spiff-Sagbama dies [Sun, The (Nigeria)](Sun, The (Nigeria) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Godwin Spiff-Sagbama, the Chief Executive Officer of Hally Sports International, has died in Lagos. Sagbama, who was in his early 40s, gave up the ghost at Lagos State Teaching Hospital on Tuesday morning after a brief illness. The seasoned journalist and the initiator of Sports Business TV talk show was survived by wife and a daughter. Late Sagbama was a notable figure on African Independent Television and would be remembered for rewarding excellence through his initiated Sports, Business, Media award, which the third edition is fast approaching.
