SASMO wins B.I.D International Arch of Europe Quality and Technology golden award [Syrian Arab News Agency](Syrian Arab News Agency Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Damascus, SANA-The Syrian Arab Standards and Metrology Organization (SASMO) won the International Arch of Europe golden award. The prize is awarded by the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D) organization. The criteria on which the International Arch of Europe is based are excellence in leadership and business management, quality and excellence, business and brand name prestige, technology, innovation and expansion. SASMO Director-General Wafiq al-Jurdi told SANA that the award “is a feather in the cap of the Organization’s cadres and a reward for their efforts,” indicating that it is a clear acknowledgement of the Syrian institutions and the competence of their cadres.
