SapuraKencana announces new appointment [Business Times (Malaysia)](Business Times (Malaysia) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) KUALA LUMPUR: SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd has announced the appointment of Eduardo Antonello as a non-executive director, replacing Tor Olav Troim on its board as a nominee of Seadrill Ltd. Antonello is a member of the executive management team of Seadrill Ltd and has a strong relationship with SapuraKencana, having worked in the past as a key member of the joint Sapura-Kencana/Seadrill team that developed its successful joint venture in Brazil. John Fredriksen, who is chairman of the board, president and a director of Seadrill, will continue to be an alternate director of SapuraKencana, the company said in a statement yesterday.
