Sales Prompt Terocelo to Announce Prerelease of Upgraded WiMAX Evaluation Platform

VAN NUYS, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Terocelo Inc. announced today that, because of increasing sales and strong interest in its True Software Radio(R) WiMAX Evaluation Platform, the Company plans to release its next generation Platform in early Fall. This new version includes the latest revision of the Lycon(TM) family of chips containing Terocelo's proprietary True Software Radio(R) technology. The new .18 micro SiGe Lycon(TM) chip will provide increased overall performance and functionality, incorporating transmitter performance enhancements. The Lycon-WMB101 WiMAX Evaluation Platform allows operations at any frequency between 2GHz and 4GHz. As in the first version, this system lets customers evaluate the technology and easily develop their own applications utilizing the Lycon(TM) family chipset. For example, one programmable chipset could support Sprint's AWS spectrum, Korean WiBRO at 2.3GHZ, European 2.5 GHz bands and Asian 3.5GHZ.

The timing of the Platform release has been scheduled to meet the needs of Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) developing products to satisfy the forecasted high-growth rate in the WiMAX marketplace. The worldwide WiMAX equipment market is expected to increase to $5.6 billion in sales by 2010, up from $586 million in 2006, according to a publicly available forecast published as part of Infonetics' Research Quarterly WiMAX report.

WiMAX is a second generation protocol that allows for more efficient bandwidth use and at higher data rates. WiMAX can provide broadband wireless data access over longer distances, 30 miles (50 KM). The higher data rate over distance allows applications such as streaming mobile video, video conferencing, and IPTV to be more accessible.

"This next generation WiMAX Evaluation Platform will allow test environments to be extended from lab to field testing and hence will allow prospective customers to more thoroughly plan for integrating Terocelo's True Software Radio(R) technology into their product needs," stated Richard Hahn, Chief Operating Officer of Terocelo.

"Our initial WiMAX Evaluation Platform was received very well. Several companies, including Toyota ITC and Fujitsu Devices, have purchased and been trained on the platform. We are continuing to build on early momentum of Platform sales and are currently responding to interest expressed by leading companies in India, South Korea, Thailand, Australia, and China, as well as here in the United States. This Platform introduces our Lycon(TM) chip family and True Software Radio(R) technology. It is an exciting time for Terocelo, and we believe the outlook continues to be strong," said Douglas Morrison, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Morrison also stated the first Lycon(TM) 65nm CMOS WiMAX Evaluation Platform is expected to be released next Spring, with the 65nm CMOS Lycon(TM) chip. Interested developers, ODMs and OEMs can place their inquiries by email at sales@terocelo.com.

About Terocelo Inc.

TechnoConcepts Inc. (OTCBB:TCPS)(Frankfurt: UYE.F) does business as Terocelo Inc. Terocelo is in the business of designing, developing, licensing and marketing technology focused in the communications marketplace. Terocelo is positioned in the high-growth, wireless communication market, having developed breakthrough, disruptive technologies. These technologies can be integrated into many high-volume commercial markets, including cell phone, automotive, base station, Femto/Pico Cell, and First Responder markets.

The company has developed and patented True Software Radio(R), a proprietary technology that creates convergence for the wireless industry. True Software Radio(R) has produced the Lycon(TM) family of wireless transmitter-receiver chipsets, designed to enable cell phones, PDAs, laptops, and infrastructure with different radio frequencies, standards, and protocols to adjust by software command so that they can communicate across otherwise incompatible networks, without the need for multiple radios. Lycon(TM) chipsets replace the front end, I/F processing, ADC, and digital filtering sections of radios. Because the technology simplifies design and reduces component costs, the company believes that Lycon(TM) and True Software Radio(R) are ideal platforms for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to develop new wireless broadband, mobile data, cellular, and other next-generation wireless applications.
