Roundtable Analytics Delivers Benchmarking Data Services to SAEM Member InstitutionsRALEIGH, N.C., March 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Roundtable Analytics, Inc., an Analytics as a Service (AaaS) and consulting company focused on improving the operational and financial performance of Emergency Departments (EDs), launched new Benchmarking Data Services for Academic Emergency Medicine at a key industry event last week in San Diego, California. The Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM), on behalf of the Academy of Administrators of Academic Emergency Medicine (AAAEM) and the Association of Academic Chairs of Emergency Medicine (AACEM), had selected Roundtable Analytics to provide custom data analytics which allow hospitals to easily compare their key ED performance metrics with other member hospitals. Under the terms of the contract, Roundtable Analytics developed and hosted an online process for collecting and analyzing comparative performance data of the 110 member institutions, who are the leading academic teaching hospitals in the United States and North America. With the introduction of the Analytics Portal, members now have web-based acess to their national database and can easily compare selected salary information, as well as their performance on several hundred critical operational metrics, against the results of prior years, the entire membership, and peer groups of their choice.
