Rising Records 80mn Users

SHENZHEN, Nov 10, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) --
Chinese top-ranking anti-virus software vendor Rising said yesterday that it so far had recorded 80 million users, with daily download traffic of hundreds of thousands.

To keep foreign competitors from the door, Rising started to provide free anti-virus software and firewall products as of July 24, 2008. Since then, its products have been in great demand.

Its latest anti-virus products have further improved the security factor of financial institutions by coming up with a host of new features by taking into account the specific needs of them.

The Web version anti-virus software of Rising deploys security alert system at each core switch of financial institutions in case of emergencies.



Rising has introduced a variety of operating system based antivirus software, firewall software and enterprise antivirus wall, firewall, network security warning system and other hardware products. RISING is the third company in the world and the only one in China to provide a full range of information security products and professional services.
