Ringler Associates Names New Board Members
ALISO VIEJO, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Ringler
Associates, Inc, the largest structured settlement company in the
nation, is pleased to announce the election of two new members to the
Ringler Board of Directors. Cindy
Chanley, CSSC, based in the Ringler Associates' Louisville, Kentucky
office and John
Machir, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ringler Associates,
located in Bethesda, Maryland, have been chosen by a vote at the Ringler
Associates Annual Meeting to serve on the Board of Directors. And
current Board Chairman, Ross
Duncan, CSSC, from Ringler Associates in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania,
has been re-elected to serve on the Board.
Ms. Chanley joined Ringler
Associates in 2003. She has with more than 30 years experience
handling cases that include general liability, medical malpractice,
workers compensation and non-traditional claims. She was the first woman
to serve on the Board of Directors of the National Structured
Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA)
and she is a member of the National Association of Medicare Set-Aside
Professionals (NAMSAP).
As a new member of the Ringler Board, Ms. Chanley says, "I am excited

Mr. Machir is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Ringler
Associates. His career in the structured settlement industry began
in 1981 and he joined Ringler Associates in 1988. He has taken a
leadership role in the arena of national marketing and business
development at Ringler Associates and other top structured settlement
organizations nationally. Mr. Machir served as one of the original
members of the Board of Directors at NSSTA
in 1985. He served as recent past President of NSSTA
and he currently sits on the NSSTA
Board of Directors. Upon his election to the Ringler Board, Mr.
Machir said, "I was deeply honored to be elected to the Board of
Directors for the nation's leading structured settlement company." Mr.
Machir is a graduate of Georgetown University and is Member, Emeritus of
the Board of Governors, Georgetown University Alumni Association and
Hoyas Unlimited.
Mr. Duncan has 30 years of experience in the industry, having joined Ringler
Associates in 1984, serving as Chairman of the Board for Ringler
Associates now. Mr. Duncan has served on the Ringler Board of Directors
since 2003. He is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant and
member of NAMSAP.
Mr. Duncan and his staff have participated in almost 5,000 settlements
utilizing structured settlements. Mr. Duncan accepted his leadership
role, saying, "I'm excited to continue as Chairman of such a great
organization. Each of our consultants, along with the people who work in
our offices nationwide at Ringler
Associates are sincerely committed to helping people. We will
continue to lead the industry to create custom solutions meeting the

Mr. Duncan's prior professional experience includes a claims background
with the Insurance Company of North America and CIGNA. He is a graduate
of Eastern University.
