Rebecca S. Williams Honored by Women World AwardsRebecca S. Williams has been recognized as one of the Female Executive of the Year gold winners by the prestigious Women World Awards. The coveted annual Women World Awards program encompasses the world's best in leadership, innovation, organizational performance, new products and services, women case studies and customer satisfaction programs from every major industry in the world. While overseeing a spectrum of departments including human resources, legal and sales operations, Williams has led BDNA to triple digit growth. A natural leader, she began her career in the audi practice at Deloitte (News - Alert) and then PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining BDNA as the Corporate Controller, quickly rising to her current role at Chief Financial Officer. Williams graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and was a founding member of the Penn State Women's Rugby program. More than 50 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world and over 180 Women participated in the awards process. Their average scores determined the 2014 Women World Award winners.
