Andrea Farrell of the Destin office was in the top two of residential sales.
Susie Kirkland of the Destin office was in the top 10 of residential sales.

Kay Yount joins RE/ MAX Southern
RE/MAX Southern Realty recently added Kay Yount to the staff.
Yount joins Sandy and Ray DiTirro in our Niceville office.
She has over 30 years of real estate experience and knowledge, including eight years of property management. She is a member of Emerald Coast Association of Realtors as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors.
David Borden joins Rulnick Realty
Rulnick Realty recently added David Borden to its staff.
Borden has an extensive real estate sales background in the Destin-Fort Walton Beach area. He has been selling condominiums, homes, land, new construction and commercial properties for 28 years. Licensed in 1980, he sold real estate as a sales agent, worked in property management, and taught real estate sales contracts to new agents. In 2000 he became a licensed real estate broker. He has won numerous sales awards year after year. Borden has a reputation with his clients and peers as being a professional, honest and knowledgeable Broker.
