RCN Metro Earns Top Honors in Atlantic-ACM Survey for Fourth Year in a Row

This was the fourth year that ATLANTIC-ACM conducted its Metro Report Card and the fourth year that RCN Metro's customers rated them highly. RCN Metro won awards for Provisioning (tie), Billing (tie), and Data Value.

In addition to these awards, RCN Metro was the top-scoring carrier for: Local Private Line: DS1 & DS3 Quality and Value, Local Private Line: OCn and Wavelengths Quality and Value, SONET Ring Quality and Value.
