RCA and Broadview Networks to Partner on Hosted Communications Service


Jan 25, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Broadview Networks, a provider of hosted voice, data and cloud computing solutions, has joined with RCA to roll out a new hosted communications service specifically designed for small and home-based businesses.



In a release, the Company noted that the RCA IP Phone Service is powered by Broadview Networks. The new service was designed to provide small companies with next-generation phones and features to optimize their businesses' performance.

Included in the monthly service are a digital receptionist, customizable voicemail, voicemail delivery over e-mail, music on hold, call transfer and caller ID with name.

Users can make changes to their system preferences via a self-management website, and features like cell phone twinning ensure that employees will never miss a call.
