Rambus to Host Financial Analyst Day; Meeting Will Be Webcast

LOS ALTOS, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- June 1, 2006 -- Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq:RMBS), one of the world's premier technology licensing companies specializing in high-speed chip interfaces, will host its annual financial analyst day on June 1, 2006 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time.


During this event, Rambus' management will provide a strategic and financial overview of the company. The event will provide investors the opportunity to meet senior members of the Rambus management team.

The financial analyst meeting will be webcast live and can be accessed via Rambus' website at http://investor.rambus.com. The presentation will be archived for at least one week following the event.
