QuestionPro Launches ''ContactPro'' -- Email Marketing Service
SEATTLE --(Business Wire)-- QuestionPro (www.questionpro.com), a leader in online survey hosting and delivery since 2002, today announced it has launched a new email communications and marketing service called ContactPro (www.contactpro.com). The service allows even novices to create and manage email lists for newsletters, special offers and surveys.

It's no secret that companies are increasingly turning to email marketing in an effort to drive sales. According to the Direct Marketing Association, the return on investment (ROI) for email marketing is $57.25 for every dollar spent, whereas the ROI of all non-email online marketing is $22.52, less than half. And according to Jupiter Research, by 2010 email marketing will be more than a $1 billion business, with about 47 percent of expenditures going for "retention" and 53 percent going for "acquisition."

The templates also include stock images.
-- List Management: ContactPro automatically keeps track of bounced, and unsubscribed email addresses. When sending out email campaigns, ContactPro will Automatically find Duplicates, Track and Notify invalid email addresses. Users can create as many different mailing lists as they want.

Pricing & Availability
ContactPro is available immediately via the ContactPro.com website. Users can sign up for a free account, which includes up to 100 emails sent per month. Registered non-profits may send up to 1,000 emails per month at no charge. Businesses are charged $15 per month for between 100 and 1,000 emails sent; $99 per month for 1,001-5,000 emails sent and $249 per month for between 5,001 and 15,000 emails.
