QPharma Introduces CRM System for Life Sciences

QPharma, a premier provider of commercial and compliance services to the life sciences industry, has announced the launch of Ti Force™, a new, cloud-based mobile CRM system developed specifically for the life sciences industry.

The company made the announcement at the 2017 Sharing Conference in Baltimore, MD, which is taking place this week. Many of the industry's top experts on pharmaceutical sample compliance and sales operations are in attendance at the three-day event.

Ti Force™ is an intuitive, freestanding mobile CRM application for the pharmaceutical field sales force, and although it can integrate with any third-party system, it is the first CRM developed specifically to integrate with QPharma's market-shaping Titanium™ platform. It gives sales forces a comprehensive, 360-degree profile of their healthcare practitioner (HCP) customers.

"Many of the world's leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies are using Titanium™ to manage their sample operations, identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders, plan their product launches, train their sales representatives, and more," said Patrick P. Den Boer, president and CEO of QPharma. "We're excited to offer our clients a new choice when it comes to their mobile life sciences CRM." /p>

"Ti Force™ was designed to be as intuitive and easy-to-use as possible, while featuring all the functionality you would expect from a comprehensive CRM," added Toni Carman, Managing Director of Ti Force™. "This includes the ability to record pharmacy drops and to view real-time practitioner eligibility status right at the account level, with virtually all information available in three clicks or fewer."

The company announced that because of the application's integration into Titanium™, clients can unlock additional functionality depending on which applications they use. For example, the CRM can limit the ability of sales representatives to order samples until they have completed compliance training via QPharma's Ti LMS™ application. It can also limit the ability of healthcare practitioners to order direct-to-practitioner shipments until they have signed a previous electronic Acknowledgement of Content (eAOC) in the Ti Portal™ HCP ordering system. These features afford QPharma's clients additional peace of mind that their sampling programs maintain compliance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act.
