QBE Awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement for Engineering Services to Support U.S. Army IT Transformation

Quality Business Engineering, a leading management and technology consulting organization for the federal government and defense community, today announced it has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement to provide enterprise architecture strategy and engineering services to support the U.S. Army's information technology transformation initiative. The BPA will enable QBE to support the Army's Program Executive Office - Enterprise Information Systems and Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services.

Through this agreement, QBE will provide strategic enterprise architecture review, EA planning services, IT enterprise technical architecture planning, IT solution implementation, security support, and strategic and technical advisory services to the U.S. Army. Over the last three years, QBE has had an active role in providing a broad range of enterprise IT services to organizations like ALTESS, such as the Information Technology Agency at the Pentagon, PM Power Projection Enablers and the 114th Signal Battalion.

QBE expects task orders on the BPA to span engineering, architectural and programmatic skill sets required to develop a variety of IT services, including cloud computing infrastructure, information assurance, program objective memorandum cycles, and joint capabilities integration and development systems.
