Develop/Review RedDot templates as needed Assist in performing RedDot upgrade by: Preparing the production environment for the upgrade; Testing the new version; Providing support during upgrade; Resolving issues and providing support after upgrade. Provide training as needed to other members of the Web Development team The consultant can work remotely on his own personal PC/MAC, Internet connection and personal licensed software for this purpose. However, he/she but might be asked to come into NYHQ office where a PC with necessary software, internet connection, printer, paper, telephone will be provided for undertaking this assignment.
