As ECC embraces mobile and flexible working more fully, staff will be able to move around between sites and use unified communications tools, such as instant messaging and video conferencing to keep in touch with colleagues and customers. Fixed to mobile telephony conversion will allow us to route incoming telephone calls to desk phones or mobiles without the caller being aware of this, and provide the option to significantly reduce the number of fixed-line handsets on the estate.
