Premier Oil Appoints Richard Rose As Finance Director(Alliance News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Oil PLC said Monday that it has appointed Richard Rose as its finance director, effective September 8. Rose joins from Ophir Energy where his current position encompasses strategy and head of corporate communications. Before this he served as a managing director at RBC Capital Markets where he advised a number of energy companies including Premier Oil. He will also join the company's board upon the appointment.
