Poor phone service to be exposed

Australian Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, Deirdre O'Donnell, expressed concern about the number of customer complaints relating to telcos on 20 November 2008. O'Donnell said her office would provide monthly report cards for the sector from January 2009.
