Ping Identity names new CFO

Ping Identity, a cloud identity management company, has appointed Michael Sullivan as its CFO. In his new role at Ping Identity, he is responsible for creating financial and business processes to enable growth.
Sullivan recently served as executive vice president and CFO of IHS, Inc., where he was responsible for the overall performance of the business and financial management of the company.
"Mike joins Ping Identity at a critical time in the growth of our company and the markets we serve," said Ping Identity CEO Andre Durand. "He brings the expertise we need to optimize our long term plans for accelerated revenue growth."
