PetroBakken Confirms February Dividend
CALGARY, ALBERTA, Feb 15, 2012 (Marketwire via COMTEX) --
PetroBakken Energy Ltd. ("PetroBakken") (TSX:PBN) is pleased to announce that our cash dividend for the month of February will be paid on March 15, 2012 to all PetroBakken shareholders of record on February 29, 2012. The February dividend will be $0.08 per PetroBakken share. The ex-dividend date is February 27, 2012.
PetroBakken recently announced a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") that provides a convenient and cost-effective method for eligible shareholders to increase their investment in PetroBakken by reinvesting their monthly cash dividend to acquire additional common shares of PetroBakken.
