Health care --At Butler Health System: Dr. Homer Schreckengost joined the system's hospitalist program; Dr. Sangeetha Konda of Advanced OB/GYN Associates joined the medical staff; and Melisse Maser was named director of clinical education and advanced practice, both at Butler Memorial Hospital. --Elizabeth Babcock, a psychotherapist, moved her practice to the Rauch Building, 4050 Washington Road, McMurray. Roberts joined The Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute in its Arlington, Va., office as executive director of the acquisition support program, interagency and cyber initiatives. She leads the institute's customer support for the Department of Defense, the intelligence community and the federal government, with a special focus on network security and acquisition in cyber environment and architecture areas.
