PBXCompare.com Updates Hosted PBX Reviews, Adds New Hosted PBX Provider to List

Oct 02, 2009 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- PBXCompare.com, which compares the top hosted PBX systems (http://www.pbxcompare.com) from companies such as Phone.com, RingCentral, My1Voice, and Virtual PBX, has updated its reviews for basic product offerings from stated service providers. The updated reviews more clearly highlight the differences among service offerings at the basic level and give users and quick, but thorough, understanding of why a given product is or is not right for them.

Endeavoring to keep PBXCompare.com as up-to-date as possible and to offer accurate information about hosted PBX products to users, reviewers have included some important new points in the reviews. For example, says PBXCompare.com researcher Koby Wong, "We give Phone.com our highest recommendation in our review, but we also call attention to the fact that the free trial you might expect to see isn't obvious when you're signing up on their website. We tell you where to locate it." Another updated review of My1Voice's basic plan declares that users will get "all the essentials of a PBX service (http://www.pbxcompare.com) at an affordable price." The review lauds the unlimited phone extensions included in the plan, but also cites inabilities to record greetings through the phone and to dial out using a given unique extension number as "Cons" of the service. Highlighting both the "Pros" and "Cons" of each PBX service is important because, says Wong, "We try to give people as much need-to-know information as possible in order to make a buying decision, and also to feel comfortable with that decision." PBXCompare.com also features a new review of hosted PBX provider, Virtual Call System, which is the 25th hosted PBX provider to be reviewed on the site. Among the features commended in the review, an included 800 number (http://www.800-numbers.pbxcompare.com) and an easy-to-use setup wizard may make Virtual Call System attractive to a substantial number of people looking for a user-friendly PBX system.

PBXCompare.com offers dozens of thorough reviews of hosted PBX services categorized into Basic, Mid-Level and Corporate plans and features a whitepaper comparing a business VoIP system to a traditional phone system on price points and features. PBXCompare.com is a featured site on ChooseWhat.com, a resource site that aggregates comparisons of top small business and entrepreneurial tools, such as email marketing services, internet fax services, web hosting services and tax software products, among others.
