Parsons Acquires Secure Mission Solutions

The acquisition will expand Parsons' high-growth cybersecurity market and also build upon Parsons' capabilities in critical asset delivery, sustainment, and protection.



Headquartered in Reston, VA, and with more than 550 employees worldwide, Secure Mission Solutions is uniquely positioned in both the cybersecurity and electronic security markets. It provides domain expertise in virtualization and cloud computing, satellite communications, data center consolidation, identity management, critical infrastructure protection, high-performance computing, network operations center (NOC)/security operations center (SOC) operations and management, and information assurance (IA).
