Pano Logic, a provider of server-based virtual desktop computing, announced the appointment of Jeffrey Page as vice president of finance.
Page will be responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. He joins Pano Logic from Firetide, Inc., a provider of multi-service mesh networks for industrial and municipal applications, where he served as the vice president of finance and operations.
"Jeffrey has strong experience in finance and operations," said John Kish, president and CEO of Pano Logic. "As we continue to build on the momentum we experienced in 2008, I expect Jeffrey will be a strategic part of growing the company and helping Pano Logic reach its next major milestones as the leader in desktop virtualization."
Prior to Firetide, Page was director of sales at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. Before this position, he was North American director of business planning and control at the company where he managed budgeted sales of $500M and $60M in operating expenses. Previously, he was a controller and financial manager of North America handset sales at Ericsson. Page began his career as an auditor and then business consultant at Arthur Andersen in Chicago.
