The project establishes a web-based tool built on Paladin's Panoramic technology and is designed to facilitate the work of the state COGS. The pilot will design and test a Panoramic-based prototype database to track and communicate information about the statewide Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) and the Aging and Long Term Services Capital Outlay program. New Mexico COGS, known jointly as NewMARC, are regional planning organizations that play an important role in implementing and administering state programs in their respective regions across the state of New Mexico. The project is funded by the State of New Mexico Department of Transportation and New Mexico State Agency on Aging.
