ORI Expands Leadership Team


ORI, a data collection, research and business intelligence firm, today announced an expansion of the company's leadership team, naming co-founder Susan Lynd President and appointing Lesley Boucher Vice President of Consulting and Customer Experience.

These leadership enhancements dovetail with yesterday's announcement of the strategic alliance between ORI and the Pensare Group, offering Customer Experience (CX) solutions focused on connecting customer data to decision making and decision making to increased engagement.

Said ORI co-founder and CEO Kathleen M. Benson, "ORI has experienced exponential growth over the last several years, and we are now at a point where the scale of our client engagements necessitates changes in our leadership team. We are very pleased that Sue Lynd is assuming the title of President. Sue's stewardship has been vital to ORI's success and it is with great pleasure that we officially recognize her significant role."

Added Benson, "Our achievements over the past 27 years are due to Sue's diligent work to ensure best-in-class service to our customers. She has been the operational backboe of the company since we started. Sue will continue to oversee ORI's operations, champion exceptional customer service, increase efficiencies and drive growth."



Benson also announced that Lesley Boucher has joined ORI as Vice President of Consulting and Customer Experience. "We are very excited to welcome Lesley aboard," Benson said. "She brings our clients the tools and experience they need to transform their teams' performance from good to great. Lesley's responsibilities will include consulting and professional development services. She will also continue to drive the internal development programs she has designed for us."

Boucher comes from the Pensare Group, having spearheaded a five-year collaboration with ORI that demonstrated a shared passion for understanding, measuring and improving the customer experience. She brings more than 25 years of experience - eight as a Managing Director at Pensare - and will leverage ORI's business intelligence services to help clients grow and achieve.
