Oklahoma AG Scott Pruitt Receives Gold Rating for Website Redesign

Attorney General Scott Pruitt's Office website, found at OAG.OK.gov, has been honored with a Gold Rating in the Government Website Category in MarCom's international awards. A Gold Rating is presented to those entries judged to exceed the high standards of the industry norm.

"We appreciate the recognition from MarCom of our efforts in the AG's Office to provide a functional, informative and user-friendly website for use by the people of Oklahoma. I'm proud of all of the hard work and dedication put into this project by OK.gov and our in-house creative team," Attorney General Scott Pruitt said.

The new website features prominent links to the Attorney General's accounts on Facebook, Twitter (News - Alert) and YouTube. There are links for the public to e-mail the Attorney General or submit scheduling requests. Additionally, the forms used to file consumer complaints, or other complaints of waste and fraud of taxpayer dollars, are organized in a central location. The public can also sign up for news updates.

The website was built using OK.gov's Web Management Suite. OK.gov is the official website of the state of Oklahoma and a collaborative effort between the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), and Oklahoma Interactive, LLC to help Oklahoma government entities web-enable their information services. OMES is responsible for OK.gov. Oklahoma Interactive operates, maintains, and markets OK.gov and is part of eGovernment firm NIC's (News - Alert) family of companies.
