Numark, Alesis and Akai Professional Launch High-Tech Musical Revolution; New product line-up and strategic partnership will usher in next generation of musical technology

CUMBERLAND, R.I. --(Business Wire)-- March 27, 2006 -- Numark, Alesis and Akai Professional, the world's most innovative brands of professional musical electronics and DJ equipment, have announced the launch of the high-tech musical revolution with a blitz of new products and partnerships that will change the way music is made, played and heard in the studio, in the club and at home.

The announcement is being made just two days before the 2006 Musik Messe, a global music industry event being held in Frankfurt, Germany, March 29-April 1, where Numark, Alesis and Akai Professional will debut more than 15 new products. The companies will share information on new products and their strategy for continued innovation in the music technology space.
