A light lunch meal / snacks will be served at the start of the meeting. After the meeting of the Supervisory Board, the members of the Board are invited to enjoy a dinner buffet / finger food.

Representatives of the bank's corporate management and Board of Directors will be present. We hope that as many as possible are able to attend. The event will be finished at about 16.30.

Out of practical considerations relating to the dinner buffet, we request that you please let us know by 13 October whether or not you will attend. We also request that you let us know well in advance if you are unable to attend the meeting.
