Noble Systems acquires liberation product line from TeleDirect International (TDI)

Nov 06, 2009 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Noble Systems Corporation, a provider of contact center technology solutions, has acquired the liberation product line from TDI (formerly TeleDirect International, Inc.), a provider of customer interaction management solutions. All the companies are based in the US.



The acquisition includes, Liberation(R) unified communications platform, related client-base, and all related intellectual property, including the TDI/TeleDirect brand.

After the completion of the transaction, TDI will be renamed as dvsAnalytics, Inc.
