Nite Group Announces Changes to Executive Management Team

Nite Group, a leading provider of all-in-one business transformation solutions, is pleased to announce changes to its executive leadership team, including the promotion of Chief Operating Officer, Bridgette Chambers, to company President and COO.

Chambers joined the company in June to help lead Nite Group's revolutionary approach to delivering value to its customers. The promotion to President and COO expands her current operational role to include a focus on managing the company's sales and investor relations activities. Nite Group CEO, Nick Berg, will focus on extending the company's product portfolio and track record for driving innovation within the industry. The existing sales and industry practice teams will now report to Ms. Chambers.

In announcing Chambers' new position, Berg said "Nite Group is experiencing extraordinary growth and I am confident that Bridgette is the right person to lead Nite Group though our next evolution. This promotion recognizes the key contributions Bridgette has already made and provides her with the ability to leverage her significant business transformation experience to position Nite Group for even greater success."

This move also provides Nick more time to focus on ceating innovative solutions for our customers. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead the team as we focus on our next phase of growth."

Expanded Leadership Team

Concurrent with Ms. Chambers' promotion comes the announcement of an expanded leadership team designed to better serve customers and support the company's innovation and expansion goals. The team includes Jeff Anderson, Vice President, Innovation, John Counts, Executive Vice President, Sales, Debra Pincar, Change Management Practice Leader, and Gregory Pincar, Senior Vice President, Value Delivery. Nite Group also welcomes Nellie Greely as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Creative, and Richard Zepeda, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Operations.
