Nighthawk Systems Announces Alliance with American Traffic Solutions

SAN ANTONIO --(Business Wire)-- Nighthawk Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: NIHK), a leading provider of intelligent wireless power management and emergency notification solutions, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive agreement to provide wireless power control equipment to American Traffic Solutions ("ATS") of Scottsdale, Arizona. ATS is the most preferred provider for photo traffic enforcement programs among the largest North American cities and is the largest photo traffic enforcement provider in Texas, Arizona, Missouri, New York and Louisiana.

The agreement was reached after Nighthawk and ATS successfully customized the PT1000 board and firmware to operate within the ATS framework of traffic management equipment. Utilizing the customized PT1000, ATS has the ability to wirelessly access and control power to multiple pieces of equipment at each site independently or simultaneously.
