Network Hardware Resale Broadens Nationwide Reach with New Dallas Office

The new office, located in Carrollton, Tex., will include both office and warehouse space to accommodate an ongoing rise of pre-owned network equipment sales as well as growing market momentum for NHR's NetSure alternative hardware maintenance program. With hundreds of new service contracts since its debut earlier this year, NetSure provides around-the-clock technical support and advanced, next-day hardware replacement at substantial savings over traditional OEM contracts, such as Cisco's SMARTnet program.

The new facility will house a team of networking experts and Cisco-certified technicians, who will lead NHR's domestic NetSure support efforts, while the warehouse will be utilized as a primary depot for equipment spares and replacements. As a result, NHR can deliver highly responsive, customized coverage of current and previous-generation as well as end-of-life equipment, including popular Cisco's 2600 Series and 3700 Series Routers along with Catalyst 2950 Series, 3550 Series and 6500 Series Switches.
