Netswitch and Putian Networks Launch Strategic Alliance
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Nov. 28, 2005 -- With the goals of expanding the availability of their Information Technology solutions and providing the best service to their respective clients in the United States and Asia, Netswitch Technology Management, Inc. and Putian Networks Company, LTD., a subsidiary of China Putian Company, Ltd., have agreed to a joint partnership.
Under the agreement, Netswitch, based in South San Francisco, California, with offices in Hong Kong, China and Bangkok, Thailand, will provide Putian Networks engineering and project management support to their technology management clients in the U.S. Putian Networks, of Shanghai, China, will conversely serve as a distribution channel and provide technical and customer support for Netswitch technology management solutions in China.
